Health & Fitness Requirements
- The yatra takes place in high-altitude Himalayan terrain, so good physical fitness is essential.
- All participants must undergo a mandatory medical check-up before applying.
- A fitness certificate issued by an MBBS doctor (not older than 15 days before the yatra) is required.
Age Eligibility
- Only Indian citizens aged between 18 and 70 years who are medically fit are eligible to participate in the yatra.

Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as:

- Voter ID
- Driving License
Emergency & Helicopter Evacuation
- In case of natural calamities, health emergencies, or other unforeseen events, evacuation (including by helicopter) will be arranged subject to availability and district administration approval.
- The cost of such emergency services will be borne by the yatri.
Restrictions
- Foreign nationals or persons of foreign origin are not allowed to undertake this yatra.
- Individuals restricted under Government of India or Uttarakhand Government policies are also not eligible.
